Amal repeats experience with the Workshops for Children

The International Euroarab Film Festival Amal, whose eighth edition will be held from 23 to 30 October, reserves once again a space in its program dedicated to the little ones: the Workshops for Children. These seasons were held last year for the first time last year and, after their success, the eighth edition of Amal will include them in its program of activities again.
Workshops for children consist of screenings of three short films for kids, plus a performance of a storytelling that will help them to reflect on the content of the films. The aim is to approach Arab culture to the children through film and in a playful way, and, at the same time, to promote values such as tolerance and equality.
Children's seasons are meant for children from 5th and 6th grade of public or private schools of Santiago de Compostela and outskirts, and will take place from 25 to 29 October. The duration of the Workshops is two hours and they will be held at the Hall of Hotel Meliá Araguaney.
